We carry Wenonah Touring Canoes and Wenonah Racing Canoes made of either royalex or kevlar. Royalex boats are rigid and fairly light canoes designed for recreational uses such as fishing, daytripping and overnight camping. Kevlar boats are ultralight canoes that are great for racing and portaging between ponds. We have several models available. All of our boats can be used for a variety of recreational uses.
The GRB Newman Design canoes are made of carbon fiber, making them great for either racing or touring. These boats are designed and built by John and Gene Newman, of Canton, NY.
Canoe rentals are $35 per day for royalex canoes and $55 for kevlar. All rentals include paddles and PFDs. Straps and foam pads are provided so customers can secure the canoe to the roof of their car or truck. Staff also provides customers with advice on canoe routes.
