Lake Clear is on the edge of the St. Regis Canoe Wilderness about 10 miles from the village of Saranac Lake and 20 miles from Lake Placid. We can assist you in planning your own canoe adventure. See what boat is best for you. We carry a number of models and encourage customers to paddle the boat before buying it. We carry Wenonah Touring Canoes and Wenonah Racing Canoes made of either royalex or kevlar. Royalex boats are rigid and fairly light canoes designed for recreational uses such as fishing, daytripping and overnight camping. Kevlar boats are ultralight canoes that are great for racing and portaging between ponds. We have several models available. All of our boats can be used for a variety of recreational uses. MAC'S also has paddles and lifejackets available at great prices from our rental inventory. All prices subject to change according to staff mood and buyer temperament! We'll take trade-ins, but you are better off selling your boat if you want top dollar!
